Phase Innovate is an Irish social enterprise creating practical connections between sustainability, technology, enterprise and community development.
We design programmes that help people learn new skills, experiment with tools and technology, reuse resources, develop ideas and participate more fully in the changing economy.
We believe that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, has the potential to create meaningful change when given access to the right skills, tools, knowledge and opportunities — transforming ideas into practical solutions that improve lives, strengthen communities and open pathways to employment, entrepreneurship and lasting impact.
