About Miss Tech Ireland
Miss Tech Ireland 2025 is a groundbreaking initiative that seamlessly integrates technology, culture, and innovation to empower women as leaders, problem-solvers, and agents of change. This unique competition invites women aged 18 and above from across Ireland to represent their towns or counties by addressing pressing social issues within their communities.
Participants will collaborate with one or more organisation in their community, this could be charity, non-profit or for profit organisation , conducting in-depth research to understand the identified problem. They will then design and develop a technological solution to tackle these challenges, showcasing how innovation can drive positive social impact. Alongside this, the competition celebrates Ireland’s vibrant cultural diversity, fostering a spirit of unity and inclusion.
Beyond the competition, participants embark on a transformative journey of self-development, acquiring new skills, building confidence, and exchanging ideas across cultural boundaries. The event culminates in a spectacular grand finale—a vibrant celebration where technology, culture, and creativity intersect, showcasing the future of innovation and inclusivity in Ireland.
Program Details
- Form a team(Mininimum one, maximum four)
- Research local problem and develop a technological solution.
- Complete a 12-Week Technology Entrepreneurship Program
- Collaborate with local organisations (charities, non-profits, or businesses).
- Showcase your project at the grand finale on November 22, 2025.
Training Content
To ensure participants have the best chance to excel, each contestant in Miss Tech Ireland will be paired with a dedicated mentor or partner company to guide and support their project. This mentorship program is designed to provide valuable expertise, resources, and encouragement throughout their journey.
- 12-Week Online Training Program: Participants will undergo a comprehensive 12-week training program starting in August 5th 2025. Sessions will cover:
- Tech Skills: Coding, app development, and problem-solving.
- Entrepreneurship: Business planning, pitching, and scaling ideas
- Cultural Integration: Celebrating diversity through technology.
- Personal Development: Leadership, public speaking, and confidence building
