What we do

Phase Innovate is a non-profit organisation that strives to bridge the gender and race gap in tech fields by provides technology and entrepreneurship education for the underrepresented communities through hands-on training and structured mentoring system.

 We carry out design sprints that fosters community and business based initiatives, tackle social or business problems using research, data and create digital products like apps, web applications and other technology solutions.

 

At its core, we champion opportunities for Females and the BAME communities and inspire them, to become tech-savvy professionals and entrepreneurs under two umbrellas: BAMETech and GalTech.

Our Goal

To support the under represented and NGO in tech.

• raising and nurturing teens and youths from the BAME community and girls through a structured mentoring program.
• coaching entrepreneurs that will enhance the achievement of other goals
• challenging participants in proffering innovative ideas and projects with a societal impact, which champion and implement one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• support and design technical solutions for nonprofit organisation to help promote their causes.
• collaborate with other global institutions and organisations that are involved in tackling social change in BAME youths
• provide guidance to government and institutions on social change where required
• support graduates from the BAME Community on how to develop their soft skills, deliver engaging presentations and succeed in interviews
• Celebrate individual and group achievement from time to time
